WOD - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH 2011

* WE HAVE MADE A SCHEDULE CHANGE.  STARTING NEXT WEEK THERE WILL BE NO MORE NOON CLASSES. WE WILL BE HAVING 9:30AM CLASSES MON, TUE, THUR, AND FRI.
