BOOT CAMPS STARTING/EQUIPMENT HAS ARRIVED!

BOOTCAMPS will begin on Tuesday, September 6th at 7pm sharp on Wyoming Beach!

Classes are FREE for paid presale members of CrossFit King Of the Beach, and they are $10 for all non members. Sign up IS required and can be achieved by calling Sean at 516.652.9398 or by emailing the phrase "I'm in for bootcamp!" to seanp.crossfitkob@gmail.com.

EQUIPMENT IS ORDERED AND WILL BE IN ON MONDAY OR TUESDAY OR NEXT WEEK.  COME PEEK INTO THE GYM AND COME CHECK OUT SOME WORKOUTS.  

ALSO OUR FREE BEACH BOOT CAMPS WILL BEGIN NEXT WEEK.  CHECK IN FOR MORE DETAILS.
