BOOT CAMP 10 WAS INTENSE AND FUN. WE DID A HERO WOD "BLAKE" 4 ROUNDS - 100FT WALKING LUNGE, 30 BOX JUMPS, 20 WALL BALLS, 10 HAND RELEASE PUSHUPS AND EVERYONE FOUGHT THREW THE WHOLE WOD.
