WOD - MONDAY, MAY 28TH 2012

* CONGRATS TO LYNN AND BRYAN ON THEIR MARRIAGE.  WE WISH YOU MANY YEARS OF HAPPINESS!

** KAIT PLACED 16TH  OVERALL THIS WEEKEND IN THE NE REGIONALS.  PRETTY DAMN AWESOME FOR 6 MONTHS OF CROSSFIT!  HER HARD WORK DEF PAYED OFF.

*** BEST PER SUNDAY NAME OF ALL TIME GOES TO "TEAM BUTT JUICE SMOOTHIE" ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

**** MONDAY OUR ONLY CLASS WILL BE 9AM AND GOING OFF IN HEATS OF 10.  IF YOU SHOW UP LATE YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED IN A HEAT SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON TIME.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it 'Body Armor.' From here on it will be referred to as 'Murph' in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
