- DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE BEEN DEAD-LIFTING AND LIFTING OFF THE GROUND A TON THIS WEEK WE WILL BE SKIPPING OUR HEAVY DEAD-LIFTS THIS FRIDAY AND GIVING THE LOWER BACKS A BREAK.  INSTEAD WE WILL DO

10 MUSCLE UPS - (SUB 3 INVERTED ROWS AND 3 CLAPPING PUSHUPS IF YOU CANT MUSCLE UP)
