MINUTE 2 = 2 PULLUPS
MINUTE 3 = 3 PULLUPS
MINUTE 4 = 4 PULLUPS

* CONTINUE THIS PATTERN UNTIL YOU CAN NO LONGER COMPLETE THE MIN.  

** IF YOU GET UNDER 8 MIN, YOU WILL GO BACK DOWN UNTIL 1.
SO 7 PULLUPS, 6, 5, ....ETC
